Order process

Payment
After placing your order you will receive an invoice from us via e-mail. For new customers: the SMA Sunny Boy inverters will be send as soon as a proof of payment (direct deposit) has been received. For existing customers: the goods will be send out to you within 1 business day.

Delivery
Freight costs are $39 plus GST for 1 unit to Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth. For all other regions and quantities freight will be quoted individually. Inverters can be picked up free of charge in our warehouse in Perth, Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm.
